Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry, are decision makers at automotive dealerships, and are not current Car Wars clients at the time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Limitations on Entries: Limit one entry per person.
Entry Period: Entries begin on April 1, 2023 at 12:00 AM CST and close on June 30th, 2023 at 11:59 PM CST. Winner will be randomly chosen on July 5th, 2023 at 12:00 PM CST.
How to Enter: Participants will receive one (1) entry upon completing a full Car Wars demo with a Car Wars representative on or before June 30th, 2023. Participants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for notification purposes. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded to the winner in the form of a $1,000 American Airlines Gift Card, $1,000 check, $2,000 Hotels.com Gift Card, and a $500 MGM Resorts International Gift Card. Prize will be mailed to winner via United States Postal Service or emailed, when possible. Prize is valued at $4,500. Prize is non-transferrable.
Drawing: Winner will be selected via random drawing and notified via email within one (1) hour of drawing. Winner will be mailed a check in the amount of $1,000. Winner will receive e-gifts for $1,000 at American Airlines, $2,000 at Hotels.com, and $500 at MGM Resorts International upon confirmation of his/her mailing address and email address. Inability of winner to respond to sponsor by email within seventy-two (72) hours after selection may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at sponsor's discretion. Winner does not need to be present to win.
