In the last five years, she has transitioned into the conversational AI space, leveraging experience to drive innovation and enhance customer engagement. This has given Sherri a very unique understanding of merging AI with Dealership processes and needs.

A 15+ year veteran in automotive technology and customer operations, Joseph held leadership roles at DealerSocket/Solera before joining the Call Box team. As the Product Owner of Cari AI, he brings a dealership-informed perspective to product development, supported by hands-on experience in both dealership environments and call centers. His background includes implementation, consulting, training, and support—providing a comprehensive understanding of operational workflows and client needs. Joseph is focused on delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive meaningful results.

A 15+ year automotive technology thought leader, Steve has worked at DealerSocket/Solera, Carvana, and other industry giants prior to joining the Call Box team. Bringing a unique customer-centric perspective to the practice of Product development, Steve is wholly focused on delivering an improved customer experience with every project that crosses his desk.
