Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry, and are decision makers at automotive dealerships. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Limitations on Entries: Limit one form fill submission per person. Limit of one Koozie per dealership.
Promotion Period: Promotion begins on October 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM CST and closes on December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST. Soft Coolers will be mailed within three weeks of a completed Mystery Shop Scorecard demo with a Car Wars representative. The winner of the $1000 and selected jersey by Car Wars for the winner's team of choice will be determined once the promotion period closes and will be sent to the associated dealer.
How to Enter: Eligible participants who complete a full Car Wars Mystery Shop Scorecard demo with a Car Wars representative on or before December 31, 2024, will receive a Soft Cooler. Participants who sign a contract for Mystery Shop Scorecard on or before December 31, 2024, will be entered into a drawing to win the $1000 and jersey of choice. The form on this page must be submitted in order to be eligible for this promotion. Participants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for shipping purposes. No purchase is necessary to receive the Car Wars Soft Cooler.
General Terms: Participants are responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. Drawing: The winner of the $1000 and selected jersey by Car Wars for the winner's team of choice will be selected via random drawing on January 2nd, 2025. The winner of the $1000 will receive a tax form electronically that they will be required to fill out in order to receive the check. The winner will be notified via email and will be given instructions on the next steps. Inability of sponsor to contact winners by email within twenty-four (24) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winners and alternate winners may be selected in a random drawing at sponsor's discretion.
Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible participants.
