Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and are decision-makers at automotive dealerships. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Limitations on Entries: Limit one form fill submission per person. Limit of one $100 Dick's Sporting Goods gift card per dealership group.
Promotion Period: Promotion begins on April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and closes on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Gift cards will be emailed within three weeks of a completed Cari demo with a Car Wars representative. The winner of the $1,000 baseball game day experience will be determined after the promotion period ends and sent to the associated dealer.
How to Enter: Eligible participants who complete a full Cari demo with a Car Wars representative on or before June 30, 2025, will receive a $100 Dick's Sporting Goods gift card. Participants who sign a contract for Cari on or before June 30, 2025, will be entered into a drawing to win the $1,000 baseball game day experience. The $1000 will come in the form of a check mailed within 1 month of receiving necessary completed forms from the dealer to comply with state and federal tax regulations. The form on this page must be submitted to be eligible for this promotion. Participants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for prize fulfillment. No purchase is necessary to receive the $100 gift card.
General Terms: Participants are responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize. The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants the sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the winner's name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion, and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
Drawing: The winner of the $1,000 baseball game day experience and will be selected via random drawing on July 2, 2025. The winner will receive a tax form electronically that they must complete to receive the check. The winner will be notified via email with further instructions. If the sponsor is does not receive a response from the winner by email within twenty-four (24) hours, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at the sponsor's discretion.
Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible participants.
