Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and are decision-makers at automotive dealerships. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Limitations on Entries: Limit one form fill submission per person. Limit one entry per dealership group. Limit one entry per signed Cari Phone Assist contract.
Promotion Period: Promotion begins on July 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Winners will be selected after the promotion period ends.
How to Enter: Eligible participants must complete the form on this page and sign a contract for Cari Phone Assist with a Car Wars representative on or before September 30, 2025, to be entered into the Summer Fiesta raffle. Five winners will be selected to receive a Summer Fiesta Kit, which includes a catered taco party for their dealership team. Fiesta Kits will be coordinated and delivered within one month of winner verification and receipt of any required documentation to comply with state and federal tax regulations. Participants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for prize fulfillment. No purchase is necessary to submit the entry form.
General Terms: Participants are responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize. The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. Drawing: Five winners will be selected via random drawing. Winners will be notified via email with further instructions. If the sponsor does not receive a response from a winner within twenty-four (24) hours, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at the sponsor's discretion.
