With 20+ years in the automotive industry, Sherri Eidenberg worked everything from car sales to running a dealership, followed by 11 years at Cox Automotive focusing on B2B advertising and software. In the last five years, she has transitioned into the conversational AI space, leveraging experience to drive innovation and enhance customer engagement. This has given Sherri a very unique understanding of merging AI with Dealership processes and needs.

Seth started with Car Wars in July 2019 as a member of the Implementation team launching new accounts on the Car Wars product. Launch sizes ranged from single rooftop launches to double-digit group launches. In January 2022, Seth moved to the Product team to oversee the GoTo Connect phone system integration offering. Since then, he has taken ownership of several brand-new product offerings such as Car Wars Texting platform, Texting reporting, and Car Wars Dashboard reporting.
