Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Limitations on Entries: One entry per person. Must currently hold a decision making role at a United States or District of Columbia automotive dealership. Dealership cannot currently have or use Car Wars Service.

Entry Period: Entries begin on October 1st, 2022 at 12:01 AM CT and close on December 31st 2022 at 11:59 PM CT. Winner will be randomly chosen on January 3rd, 2023 at 10:00 AM CT.

How to Enter: Participants must fill out the form and provide their information at the following URL: https://www.carwars.com/home/a/service-promo-22/. Participants will be contacted by Car Wars personnel to schedule a demo of Car Wars Service. Participants will receive one (1) entry to the sweepstakes upon completion of a demo of Car Wars Service, conducted by Car Wars personnel. Participants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for notification purposes. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize of $1,000 will be awarded to the winner in the form of a check. Prize will be mailed to winner via United States Postal Service. Prize is valued at $1,000. Prize is non-transferrable.

Drawing: Winner will be selected via random drawing and notified via email within one (1) hour of drawing. Winner will be mailed a check in the amount of $1,000 upon confirmation of his/her mailing address. Inability of sponsor to achieve contact winner by email within seventy-two (72) hours after selection may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at sponsor's discretion. Winner does not need to be present to win.

Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible participants.

General Terms: Winner is responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize. Winner will be asked to provide a Social Security Number or W-9 upon formal acceptance of the prize for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
