Seen Calls Update

See if an opportunity has been listened to or shared

Seen History on call details shows you which users have seen a particular call.

Released this month, new icons indicate if users have not only seen the call, but have also listened to the call audio and/or have shared the call with someone else.

Seen History helps hold team members accountable for reviewing and acting on missed opportunities, and makes it easy to see if anyone else on the team has seen the call yet.

In addition to Seen History, call details will also show you any other calls to or from the same customer phone number. Click the Customer Info button to see if an outbound follow up call has been placed to that customer.
