Dashboard Insights is your "command central" to monitor all daily phone activity at your dealership. They provide summarized snapshots of the most important data from all your Car Wars reports. Spanning a variety of topics, Dashboard Insights gives you more Car Wars data with less clicks by:

• Routinely updating with fresh data every 5 minutes, ensuring you have real-time insights at your disposal.


• Allowing you to tailor, by user, which Insights are shown to meet your needs and preferences.


• Hyperlinking to call recordings and reporting for immediate deep dives.

Dashboard Insights is critical in helping managers track weekly and monthly goals. At a glance, managers can access their dealership's CRISP score to see where they are falling behind and how well agents are performing to help identify trends.
