New Text Message Reporting Added to the Staff Activity Report!

Car Wars is excited to announce the addition of text message reporting to the Staff Activity Report!

Each agent’s texting activity is now shown on the Staff Activity Report under the Texting tab in Car Wars. To view, simply click on the Staff Activity Report from your Car Wars dashboard and toggle from ‘Calls’ to ‘Texts’ in the top left-hand corner.

This report shows the inbound and outbound activity of agents on all text threads they own in Car Wars. All texting activity shown here must occur on a Car Wars tracking line, such as their Agent Line.

These additional metrics will assist you in finding unaddressed text threads in the Texting pod and allow you to easily hone in on specific threads that do not have a response.
